i agree this looks f***ing amazing but you couldnt put it under the mortal kombat name as the super powers and other worldy powers are some of the main charcters are what make the mk universe i.e raiden is a god trying to protect mortals from invasion from other realms this is what makes mk, MK. bu once again i will say this is a great idea and would love to see it made but just under a diffrent name maybe..
i would love to see this movie made with this name it makes the story more real instead of tryin to make it look like the video game, its like makin this movie possible and more real to lifecuz i mean come on do u really think some1 can actually throw ice from his hands or shape shift, but i would love to see how they make raiden and some of the other characters. but i think they should rate this movie RRR because i dont even want my son to see the trailer lol

this movie looks rally raw n i would watch it but some of da people dont look how they should which kinda makes me mad cuz im a huge fan MK n ive been watching mk since i waz a nlittle kid but i will still definetly watch dis movie.

this looks like a good idea set to intrigue a new generation of viewers but it isnt mortal kombat if everything has a believable explanation and nothing is made to have the feel of something supernatural. this trailer tells me that someone is trying to put MK into a reality type scene and i think when it comes to this piont and all the characters are manipulated into different roles than before it isnt mortal kombat anymore. but lets wait and see.
i think we should rather wait untill the end credits roll before we start commenting on whats what. me personally, just glad that they are making it bloody and gruesome…like it should be. cause that is why we all love Mortal Kombat, right?

Killjoy, Wikipedia souldn’t be used as a reference for information on ANYTHING. It’s a website that can be edited and altered by anyone at anytime. I would suggest looking at IMBD.com for information on upcoming movies. It’s fairly accurate. IMBD.com had the due date of the Mortal Kombal reboot coming out sometime in 2013. Trailer looks good, however 2013 is a long ways away. Hope everything works out as planned. Thanks and feel free to respond.
